Address the concerned ministries about the economic affairs and the investment in order to strengthen the role of the private sector in the economic development. In addition, addressing the officials in all that would overcome the obstacles in front of businessmen and investors and make their voices heard and their problems to the officials through the channels of communication offered by the council for the members

Prepare feasibilities related to the projects at the macro level to inform the members of the council, including may entail

Prepare economic and social studies for the public and special reality and their impact on the business’ owners and the other sectors

Prepare memorandum and agenda, include the views of the council in the development policies, and the programs that the government is sponsoring and implementing

Provide the technical assistance and develop appropriate training programs for members of the council in order to improve the work and raise the level of performance in their business

Execute surveys to collect data and explore viewpoints on issues of interest to the businessmen, directly or by specialized consultant party

Participate in exist firms or create new ones that provide economic and social utilities (Capital firms Co., Arbitration and Mediation Centers … etc.) and encourage these activities

The council works as a representative for the businessmen when dealing with foreign companies, corporations; which perform similar activities of interest to the businessmen in their countries

Activate the role of the private sector and emphasize its importance by cooperation and coordination with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and other private sector firms
