Statistical reports on real estate sales have been published by the Centro de Información Estadìstica del Notariado (CIEN). According to the data in the report, real estate sales to foreign buyers in Spain increased by 41.9%.
The Spanish real estate market is promising in terms of annual return because the number of foreign property buyers residing in the country increased by 27.4%. Real estate purchased by non-resident foreign buyers amounted to 54.8%, up 64.5%.
The Balearic Islands have received the most attention in terms of property sales. The largest increase in real estate sales was observed in the Balearic Islands, with an increase of 81.5%. Authentic Andalusia with 55% followed by Golden Valencia with 44%.
