The Catalan government’s Social Rights Adviser, Violant Cervera, announced the opening of a new line of rent assistance for young people who were unable to obtain the state grant of 250 euros. The Catalan government, which will publish the terms in September, will allocate €29m of its own money and expects around 14,000 young people to benefit.
